Zayn Malik  evokes One Direction days during surprise ‘Tonight Show’ ppearance

Zayn Malik is set to make his solo debut nearly a decade after leaving One Direction, and fans are hopeful he’ll bring back that 1D magic.

Last week, the Dusk Till Dawn chart-topper made a surprise appearance during Jimmy Fallon’s monologue on The Tonight Show to announce his STAIRWAY TO THE SKY TOUR 2024.

He stirred up a blast from the past as many fans noted that Malik, 31, channelled his One Direction days during the announcement.

On stage, the Night Changes vocalist wore a black leather jacket over a white shirt, and his tousled hair gave off a nostalgic vibe.

He even showcased some clumsy moves reminiscent of those impromptu ones Liam Payne, Harry Styles, Niall Horan, and Louis Tomlinson used to do during their concerts.

“He looks so much like 1D Zayn here—oh my gosh!” one fan commented, echoing the sentiments of many others.

“I thought this was an old video—why does he look soooo young?” another added.

“No, for real, I was CONFUSED if this was an old clip or not,” a third fan chimed in.

“2014 fluffy-haired, wool-sweater Zayn,” noted a fourth fan.

“HE LOOKS LIKE HE NEVER QUIT THE BAND—I’M GOING TO CRY SO MUCH SEEING HIM PERFORM!” a fifth user exclaimed.

“2015 ZAYN MALIK IS BAAYYYCKKK,” another fan remarked.

Prince Harry, Meghan Markle suffer major setback in UK

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have been dealt with major blow in the UK ahead of the Duke’s much-anticipated visit to the country of his birth.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are said to be upset after being humiliated in Britain as London gallery has refused to put up the couple’s picture.

In a surprising move, a spokesperson for the National Portrait Gallery in central London has admitted it won’t put up a picture of the Harry and Meghan that it acquired earlier this year.

The image in question is a black and white portrait captured which shows the couple standing side-by-side at the opening of the One Young World summit in Manchester two years ago, and it was taken by the couple’s friend, Misan Harriman.

The spokesperson said: “The portrait of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex was acquired for the Gallery’s photographs collection in May 2024. Following cataloguing and its digitisation, the portrait was added to our website at the beginning of this month.”

The latest move is being considered as a major blow to the Duke, as the spokesperson said: “There are no current plans to display the portrait in the gallery.”

It is to mention here that The National Portrait Gallery holds one of the world’s best collections of portraits, and its patron, Princess Kate, has no say over which are added to the collection.

The admission of Harry and Meghan’s portrait comes after The Mail on Sunday revealed that the Royal Collection has no photographs of Meghan in its archives of more than a million objects spanning five centuries of the monarchy.

Images of the members of the royal family do not automatically become part of the royal collection. They are in fact often donated by the photographer or are specially commissioned.

In January 2012, St James’s Palace announced Kate Middleton’s patronage of five charities, one of which included the National Portrait Gallery.

Prince Harry parts from Meghan Markle in surprising decision

Prince Harry, who was once inseparable from his wife Meghan Markle, appears to have made a shocking decision how things will continue in the future.

The Duke of Sussex recently stepped out for a high-profile dinner in New York, sans his wife, where he rubbed shoulders with royalties across the globe and world leaders.

Harry will continue to take on several solo trips which is an unusual thing for the couple, who are often spotted being affectionate with one another, according to a royal expert.

“It is significant that he is doing so much on his own now,” royal expert Phil Dampier told The Sun. “They are living more separate lives as it looks like Harry is trying to carve out what exactly his future is.”

Prince Harry previously divulged in his bombshell memoir that one of the grievances that he had with the royal family was how he was treated like a “spare” to his heir to the throne brother, Prince William.

Dampier suggested that Harry was “feeling very much like a spare part” with Meghan as well, which may have prompted his decision.

“He wants more fulfilling roles for himself so we may well be seeing more of him here,” he added.

Previously, Harry failed to mention Meghan in his 40th birthday message as he called his two children his “greatest gift.”

Following the message, royal expert Hugo Vickers pointed out that things do not appear “rosy” in the Sussex marriage.

“It is surprising that he didn’t mention his wife as he has a habit of doing so, so I can see how that leads us to speculate things are not rosy in that particular quarter,” he remarked.

Prince Andrew causes pain to King Charles with new controversy

The Royal family has seemingly been under immense pressure as Prince Andrew’s controversy reemerged.

For the unversed, the Duke of York’s infamous interview in which he addressed Jeffery Epestain’s scandal was dramatised in an Amazon series titled, A Very Royal Scandal. The first episode of the drama is currently airing on the streaming giant.

Now, a royal commentator Matt Wilkinson revealed the royal family’s possible reaction over the ‘disgraced’ Duke’s resurfaced controversy.

In conversation with The Sun, he said, “It should have come out on Halloween, it’s like a horror movie.”

“It’s a complete and utter take down of Prince Andrew, just when you think it couldn’t get worse after the interview he gave, he’s portrayed as very pompous, arrogant, childish,” the royal expert added.

Matt claimed that Andrew’s scandal might “pile more and more pressure” onto the royal family,” as they believe it “damages the reputation” worldwide.

The royal author said Andrew’s drama would cause more tension for cancer-stricken King Charles.

He believes that the monarch is desperately trying to get rid of Andrew. He “leaves him out of Royal Lodge and makes him go away,” but “Netflix and now Amazon proves it won’t go away, there will probably be another dramatisation in the future.”

Perry Farrell apologised to Dave Navarro following his onstage outburst at Jane’s Addiction tour conert

Perry Farrell is pursuing medical treatment following a dramatic onstage outburst at a Jane’s Addiction concert, which culminated in the cancellation of the remainder of the band’s tour.

On the night of September 13, the rock band’s reunion tour ended abruptly after Farrell threw a punch at guitarist Dave Navarro.

Both musicians released statements addressing the situation in the aftermath of the incident.

In a recent Instagram post, Farrell’s wife, Etty Lau Farrell, shared that her husband has scheduled appointments with an otolaryngologist and a neurologist.

“Like attracts like. Kindness attracts kindness. As you know, Perry is the gentlest of souls. We are just as astonished by his physical outburst as you are, but please understand that he must have been pushed to his absolute limit. To that end, we apologize,” she wrote, expressing remorse for his behavior.

Etty added, “Perry already has appointments lined up with specialists. If you know and love him, you understand there’s no need to address the false narratives.”

She also expressed gratitude to fans for their support and concern, assuring them, “He will recover. He will be happy again. He will once again be able to share his music, vision, and artistry—unbridled.”

This is Etty’s second statement since the incident in Boston.

Earlier, she explained that Farrell’s outburst stemmed from frustration with the stage volume, which he felt was drowning out his voice.

“Perry had been suffering from tinnitus and a sore throat every night. When audience members in the front row started complaining and cursing at him about the loudness, he lost it,” she shared.
