Halle Berry shared a memorable encounter with the late music legend Prince.

During a recent appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Oscar-winning actress was asked about rumours of a request from Michael Jackson, Berry diverted the conversation to her experience with Prince.

“I don’t know, but I know Prince asked me out on a date,” she revealed. 

The Never Let Go star attended one of Prince’s Los Angeles concerts at the Key Club on Sunset, where he made his move in a unique way.

“He had somebody come out with a piece of paper. And you know like kids do, you say, ‘Do you like me? Yes or no.’ I went, yes!” she recalled. “I mean, I’m at his concert, right? Yes!”

After returning the paper, Berry received it back with another question: “Would you go out with me?” However, she chose not to respond.

“No, I didn’t send the paper back,” she said. “I kept the paper.” This prompted Jimmy Kimmel to jokingly ask, “Can I have it?” as they both burst into laughter.

Kimmel quipped, “So wait, between guitar solos, he’s scribbling down notes? He’s like, ‘Bring this to Halle, let’s see.'” Berry seemed to marvel at Prince’s approach, simply stating, “Somehow, I got it.”

The Duchess of Edinburgh, as Global Ambassador for the International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness (IAPB), celebrated the collaboration between the UK and Tanzania on health, agriculture and women’s empowerment.

“Last week, The Duchess of Edinburgh visited Tanzania to celebrate the collaboration between the UK and Tanzania on health, agriculture and women’s empowerment,” she continued.

“I sat down with The Duchess to hear more about her ambition to eliminate avoidable blindness across the Commonwealth by 2030.”

Sumari added that during the visit Sophie “visited health care projects in Dar es Salaam and Zanzibar, which are transforming the lives of so many affected by treatable neglected tropical diseases, including blinding trachoma.”

The update comes as Prince Harry is set to return to the UK next week to attend the WellChild Awards, a charity that he has been a patron to for the past 16 years years.

It is uncertain whether there will be meeting held with his cancer-stricken father during his visit.

Despite accepting a $64 million offer from a New Jersey couple, the buyers have pulled out of escrow due to a family bereavement.

However, TMZ reports that the couple remains interested in purchasing the property.

The Beverly Hills, California, mansion was initially listed for $68 million in July. Lopez and Affleck purchased the five-acre property in 2023 for $60.8 million in cash.

The estate features a separate 5,000-square-foot guest penthouse, caretaker house, two-bedroom guardhouse, 12-car garage, and parking for 80 vehicles.

Additional amenities include a fully equipped gym, boxing ring, sports lounge, bar, basketball court, and pickleball court.

According to a source who spoke to People magazine, the Marry Me star was never fond of the expansive pad, stating, “She agreed to it because of its spacious layout, accommodating both their families, a gym and a pickleball court, office space, plus it has two private entrances.”

The insider added that Lopez prefers a “romantic, Spanish, European vibe,” whereas the mansion has a modern aesthetic.

Following their split, the Hypnotic star moved out of the marital home and rented a property in Brentwood, California, to remain close to his children.

He has since purchased a $20.5 million Pacific Palisades mansion in July. Meanwhile, Lopez is searching for her next home and was recently spotted touring a $22 million bachelorette pad in Beverly Hills.

Despite the setback, Lopez and Affleck will still incur significant costs, including a 5.25% mansion tax and realtor fees, on top of the millions spent on renovations.

Reese Witherspoon’s secret “Hello Sunshine” project partner from Real Housewives just revealed herself after the actress said “can’t say anything”.

During a session on an Amazon Live show on Tuesday, Kyle Richards revealed that it was her Reese was referring to.

“Yes, I was, and yes, that was me that she was referring to,” revealed Kyle.

“In case you guys didn’t see, Reese Witherspoon said something at the Emmys about being on a flight with a Real Housewife and working with her on something. So yes, that was me,” the Bravo diva added.

Kyle’s revelation comes after Reese was questioned about the Real Housewives by E! News while walking at the red carpet at the Emmy Awards in LA.

The Big Little Lies star, who did not have time to watch the show, shared that she “did sit next to a Real Housewife on a flight recently.”

But when asked to give a name, the 48-year-old teased, “Umm, well, we might have a Hello Sunshine project cooking now, but I can’t say anything.”

“But it was cool, it was very cool,” she added.
