Meghan Markle spoke about her experiences during a solo visit to a youth organization in Santa Barbara, California.

Meghan stated that she feels like “one of the most bullied people in the world.”

The Duchess has consistently faced accusations and online bullying throughout her public life.

New allegations against her emerged, drawing “glaring and fascinating echoes” from her time in the royal palace, according to the journalist who first reported her bullying accusations. 

An unnamed source speaking to The Hollywood Reporter described the Duchess of Sussex as “terrifying.” 

The source also claimed that Meghan belittles people, while her husband, Prince Harry, was characterized as “charming” yet an “enabler.” 

These accusations come on the heels of a series of departures from their U.S.-based foundation, Archewell, including the recent exit of Josh Kettler, who served as chief of staff for several months before leaving by mutual consent after being hired on a trial basis. 

The Duchess of Sussex opened up about the “cruel” online bullying she faced during her pregnancies while speaking at the South by Southwest festival in Austin, Texas, on Friday. 

She revealed that much of the harassment occurred while she was expecting her two children, Archie and Lilibet, and even after their births. 

On October 2, the Duchess spent the afternoon with teenagers at Girls Inc. of Greater Santa Barbara, engaging in games and discussions about the challenges of growing up in the digital age.

Meghan’s visit was part of the launch of a new digital wellness initiative called Social Media U, developed in partnership with the non-profit organization #HalfTheStory. 

This program, which aims to encourage teenage girls to connect without screens and use technology for positive engagement and creativity, is supported financially by the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s charity, the Archewell Foundation, along with the Oprah Winfrey Charitable Foundation and Melinda French Gates’s Pivotal Ventures.

The Suits actress turned heads with her chic look during a recent event at Girls Inc. of Greater Santa Barbara, where she participated in discussions about growing up in the digital age. 

Joining her at the event were Girls Inc. CEO Stephanie J. Hull and #HalfTheStory founder Larissa May. 

Reflecting on the day’s activities, May shared with Vanity Fair, “We did an activity where we talked through various scenarios, and Meghan spoke about being one of the most bullied people in the world. 

We had girls wave little emoji signs to express how each scenario impacted them emotionally.” 

The Princess of Wales has openly expressed her fears about one of Prince William’s hobbies, revealing her strong desire for their eldest son, Prince George, to stay away from it. 

Kate Middleton has never hidden her disdain for motorbikes, a passion of her husband’s that she finds particularly nerve-wracking.

In 2015, when asked about William’s motorcycle riding, she admitted, “He’s still riding it. 

It always fills me with horror when he goes out on it. I’m terrified. Hopefully, I’m going to keep George off it.”

Prince William, who passed his motorcycle test at the age of 20 in 2002, is known for his impressive collection of bikes, including a Honda Super Blackbird and a Ducati 1198s. 

As the second in line to the throne grows older, it remains to be seen whether he will take after his adventurous father or heed his mother’s concerns.

King Charles shares his daughter-in-law’s concerns about Prince William’s passion for motorbikes. 

Reflecting on his love for riding, William acknowledged the inherent risks involved, stating in 2003, “Riding a motorbike can be dangerous, but so can lots of things really. 

Admittedly, there are more risks involved in riding a motorbike than with other activities… you just have to be aware of what you’re doing.”

The Prince of Wales also noted that while his father worries about his hobby, Charles doesn’t want to overly shield him from life’s adventures. 

“My father is concerned about the fact that I’m into motorbikes,” he explained, “but he doesn’t want to keep me all wrapped up in cotton wool.” 

This week, Princess Beatrice proudly showcased her baby bump at a chic art fair in central London.

Just days after announcing her second pregnancy with Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, Beatrice was spotted mingling with celebrities and sports stars at Frieze, a renowned art fair held in Regent’s Park. 

Known as “the world’s leading platform for modern and contemporary art dedicated to artists, galleries, collectors, and art enthusiasts,” the event attracted notable figures, including tennis star Emma Raducanu and Sherlock actor Benedict Cumberbatch.

The London edition marked the latest stop for the globally celebrated festival, which has already made its rounds in New York City, Los Angeles, and Seoul this year. 

At the VIP preview, the 36-year-old princess embraced the season’s style in a chic autumnal outfit, pairing a burgundy suede trench coat with a sleek black dress. 

She completed the look with black pointed ballerina flats and a stylish black leather bucket bag, posing effortlessly for the cameras.

Beatrice kept her makeup fresh and natural, wearing her ginger hair in a sophisticated messy bun for the day out at Regent’s Park.

This wasn’t the first time Princess Beatrice enjoyed London’s arts scene this year. In July, she attended a Mayfair gallery event, where she mingled with French street artist Mr. Brainwash, also known as Thierry Guetta. 

At the event, hosted by Clarendon Fine Art and Jack Barclay Bentley, the then-35-year-old wore an elegant light floral dress with white, green, and lilac patterns, paired with beige pointed pumps and styled her hair in loose waves.

Beatrice opted for a glamorous makeup look, complete with dark eyeshadow and dusky pink lipstick. She and Guetta shared a lively conversation while admiring his artwork, which included a white car splattered with vibrant colours, paintings of cars, and evocative portraits reminiscent of Hopper’s Nighthawks. 

One striking piece even featured her uncle, King Charles III, behind the wheel of a silver Bentley.

During a tittle-tattle with Variety, the director of photography, Lawrence Sher reminisced a scene while shooting the film.

The cinematographer generally conversed about a scene where Joaquin Phoenix’s Arthur fleck is shown waiting for being sentenced. He’s just fired his defense attorney and decide going to represent himself. His lover Harleen ‘Lee’ Quinzel (the role played by Lady Gaga) comes to visit him in jail cell. Giving him a kiss as guard yells, ‘No Touching’.

The cinematographer termed the scene simple and explained how it was shot comprising two-camera setup.

While elaborating how he shot and lit the scene together, Sher stated, “We did something slightly unconventional, which is, I cross-shot them.” 

He further explained, “We put clear story windows along one side. They were small enough that I knew that it would allow light to feed in towards Arthur and be a nice backlight for Lee. We added a little fluorescent down the center of the hallway, as well as over his cell, and that would be a motivating source for her close-up. She represents the love in the movie and warmth.”

Moreover, Lawrence explicated that he use ARRI’s Alexa 65 large format to shoot the film. “It provides a portraiture feeling to the close-ups, the way the background down the hallway really goes soft, and you feel like the characters are the one focal plane in whatever shot you’re in, even if we’re in a wider lens, and that’s what I love about this format.”

Moreover. “Joker 2” is a romantic movie and this made it unique for Sher as he said, “It’s a character study of two human beings (Lady Gaga and Joaquin Phoenix) with a shared madness as they meet each other, and struggle with his shadow self.”

Joker: Folie à Deux is a sequel to Joker (2019), which revolves around a failed comedian Arthur Fleck struggling with his dual identity, meets the love of his life, Harley Quinn, while incarcerated at Arkham State Hospital.
