The royal family marked King Charles’ official birthday celebration with an epic procession through London on Saturday, June 15.

During Trooping the Colour, hundreds of soldiers, horses and musicians performed a patriotic display of military precision in the King’s honour, continuing a tradition linked to the monarch’s official birthday since 1748.

Catherine, Princess of Wales also made her much-anticipated first public appearance of the year at the parade. King Charles III, who is also receiving treatment for cancer, inspected troops from a gold carriage, rather than on horseback.

They emerged in golden carriages to a sea of mobile phones, with people desperate to catch a photograph of the royals through the windows.

Future Queen Kate was pictured smiling, sitting alongside her children Prince George, Prince Louis and Princess Charlotte – with six-year-old Louis giving a little wave to the crowd.

There were cheers from the waiting crowd as they caught their first glimpse of Catherine and the King heading from Buckingham Palace to Horse Guards Parade. Thousands braved heavy rain to witness one of the biggest events in royal calendar.

Princess Kate, who is currently undergoing treatment for cancer, also waved from the Buckingham Palace balcony at the end of a ceremony filled with pomp and pageantry.

Sophia Bush on delayed  ‘One Tree Hill’ reboot

Sophia Bush sighs as the ‘One Tree Hill’ highly-anticipated reboot gets into production after being delayed for about “half a decade”.

“What I can say is that after, God, close to half a decade of these conversations, we’ve been able to all sort of divide and conquer in the coolest way,” she revealed on the Sept. 19 episode of her podcast Drama Queens, while answering fans’ questions about the reboot.

Bush and Hilarie Burton teased the reboot on Instagram in August.

“And those of us with TV producing experience are having some really exciting conversations,” Bush added.

“It’s been in development for some time. I think that’s all I can say,” the actress, who said earlier that she “can’t tell anyone anything” at the moment, continued.

“But,” the 42-year-old added, “yeah, it’s been this experience and really even longer than we’ve had this wonderful show [podcasts].”

“But, the experiences we’ve had with the fans who’ve continually asked the coolest questions and made us think about, you know, where our whole ragtag gang of humans would be at this point [is what] has prompted the ideas.”

“So I think that’s all I can say on this podcast, but I do hope we have exciting updates, and I hope we get great news, and we have a big announcement,” she further shared.

Montana Jordan has fully embraced fatherhood, declaring it the greatest joy ever known.

In a conversation with People at the CBS Hosts Sit-Down Comedy Event in Los Angeles on Wednesday, September 18, the Young Sheldon star discussed about being a father and how much he is enjoying his little bundle of joy.

The 21-year-old actor welcomed his first baby, daughter Emma Rae Jordan, with his girlfriend Jenna Weeks in May.

“It’s been great for me, man. There’s nothing better,” he reflected on his feelings after his daughter’s birth. Jordan, who played George Cooper in the widely acclaimed CBS sitcom, shares he has always been around kids.

He got two little nieces, however, he could “give my nieces back.” But as he became a father, “I can’t give mine back. I’m stuck with her,” he quipped.

“I’m just kidding. No, but she’s great, man. There’s nothing better than freaking being a dad. There’s nothing better, for sure,” the young actor assured.

Since welcoming his daughter on May 21, Jordan has been documenting her first few months on his social media, including when she joined him on his upcoming Young Sheldon spinoff Georgie and Mandy’s First Marriage.

The Beetlejuice Beetlejuice star recalled the “wow” moment and remembered, “A friend of mine who was with me, literally the quote was, ‘That’s the one,’” he shared with Drew Barrymore on the Sept. 18 episode of The Drew Barrymore Show.

“Like, we hadn’t even met yet. And I was like, ‘She’s so stunning.’ So I went over and started talking and things like that and it progressed.”

The series is produced by former Newsnight journalist Emily Maitlis

Princess Beatrice urged Prince Andrew to go ahead with his controversial Newsnight interview despite his last-minute doubts, as depicted in a new royal drama.

In A Very Royal Scandal, actress Honor Swinton Byrne portrays Beatrice pleading with Michael Sheen, who plays the Duke of York, to proceed with the interview after he reconsidered.

The series, produced by former Newsnight journalist Emily Maitlis, portrays several royal aides and then-Prince Charles as disapproving of the interview, contrasting with Beatrice’s supportive stance.

Speaking about her uncle Charles, who rang Andrew to persuade him to cancel the Newsnight interview, Beatrice said: “No, that’s really wrong of him.

“He should be supporting you, not telling you off. You’re family.”

An emotional Andrew later admitted: “I’ve never been in this much trouble before.”

Beatrice responded: “You’ve done nothing wrong. Nothing.

“So, just tell them the truth. And Granny’s behind it, yes?”

Andrew said: “Yes. Yes, she is,” to which Beatrice added: “That’s good.”

Prince Andrew then proceeded to go through with being interviewed by Emily Maitlis for BBC Newsnight.

The interview made headlines around the world as Andrew discussed his friendship with the late convicted sex offender, Jeffrey Epstein.

The duke also did not apologise to Virginia Giuffre in the interview, who had accused Andrew of “sexual assault and intentional infliction of emotional distress”.

Prince Andrew stressed he had no recollection of ever meeting Giuffre.

Giuffre and Andrew reached an out-of-court settlement in February 2022, and the case was dismissed by the parties’ stipulation in March 2022 without going to trial.

The duke has always denied any wrongdoing.
