Joe Alwyn continues to profit from collaborations with Taylor Swift despite breakup.

Joe Alwyn continues to benefit financially from his past relationship with Taylor Swift, even nearly a year after their split in early 2023.

Despite rumors swirling around their breakup, which is speculated to be the inspiration behind Swift’s upcoming album The Tortured Poets Department, he reportedly earns millions annually from his songwriting contributions to Swift’s last three albums.

According to a source cited by Life & Style magazine, he’s songwriting credits have made him a wealthy individual. “Fair or not, it’s made him a very rich guy,” the source disclosed.

The actor is said to be raking in substantial income from royalties and returns from Swift’s Eras tour, providing him with financial security for the foreseeable future.

The outlet further revealed that Alwyn has earned approximately $2.3 million solely from Spotify streams, indicating the significant financial windfall he continues to enjoy from his collaboration with Swift.

According to insiders, Swift is reportedly upset about his substantial financial gains from their joint efforts.

Alwyn who wrote under the pseudonym William Bowery, co-wrote six songs with Swift including Grammy-winning tracks like Exile and Betty from her acclaimed 2020 album Folklore.

Demi Moore shares how growing up has changed her perspective on parents

Demi Moore is now able to reflect back on the problematic aspects of her childhood.

The Substance actress shared rare insights from her childhood in a heart-to-heart conversation at The Drew Barrymore Show.

Talking about her childhood, the 61-year-old actress revealed that her parents let her drive a car before she could get a license at 13.

“Driving on the freeway, I mean, my parents would say, ‘Okay, here’s the deal. You can take the car. If you get stopped, you just have to say you took the car without permission.’ And they kind of saw that is a win-win for everybody, but that is lunacy,” she told the host.

The Ghost actress and Barrymore confessed fact that they “were both more the parent to our parents.”

This is not the first time Moore has opened up about what she now sees as a disturbing childhood.

In a previous interview with Harper’s Bazaar, she shared a glimpse of a drug overdose incident that her mother Virginia had in the actress’ childhood.

“The next thing I remember is using my fingers, the small fingers of a child, to dig the pills my mother had tried to swallow out of her mouth while my father held it open and told me what to do,” Moore recalled.

The Disclosure actress told Barrymore that she is no longer angry at her parents and can love them despite recognising their faults.

“I accept that my parents did the best they could, and my mom did the best she could with the level of consciousness and awareness that she had at the time,” she said.

As Gladiator II is about to be released in a month, Ridley Scott teased a third instalment to round out the trilogy.

During a recent interview with a French magazine Premiere, the Oscar-nominated director spilled some beans about his idea of the Gladiator Three.

“With that, I’m already toying with the idea of Gladiator 3. No seriously! I’ve lit the fuse,” he told the news outlet ahead of the Gladiator II premiere set for November 15 internationally and November 22 in the US and Canada.

“The ending of Gladiator II is reminiscent of The Godfather, with Michael Corleone finding himself with a job he didn’t want, and wondering, ‘Now, father, what do I do?’” Scott continued.

“So, the next [film] will be about a man who doesn’t want to be where he is,” the 86-year-old filmmaker alluded to the plot of the third part.

Though Scott has only piqued the excitement with some hints, Paramount had no comment about the future of the franchise, which began with the Oscar-winning historical epic Gladiator (2000), starring Russell Crowe.

Gladiator II stars Paul Mescal as Lucius, who previously witnessed Maximus, portrayed in the original by Crowe, die at the hands of his uncle Commodus (Joaquin Phoenix) in the first movie. Now an adult, Lucius is forced to enter the Colosseum to fight for the glory of the people of Rome.
