Hailey Bieber says she acts as Justin’s ‘gatekeeper’ amid Diddy drama

Hailey Bieber steps up as Justin’s ‘protector.’

Hailey Bieber is making a bold statement amid growing speculation about her husband Justin Bieber’s past relationship with Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs.

On Monday night, the 27-year-old model posted a throwback photo of Justin on Instagram, where the pop star, now 30, flips both middle fingers in the air.

She sees herself as Justin’s “gatekeeper,” especially as their family grows, following the birth of their son, Jack Blues Bieber, in August.

Shirtless and in board shorts, the image was simply captioned “mood” by Hailey.

The post comes as Justin’s former connection to Diddy faces renewed scrutiny, with resurfaced videos showing a then-15-year-old singer spending “48 hours with Diddy.”

These clips have gained attention as troubling allegations continue to emerge against the embattled rap mogul.

According to an insider who spoke to DailyMail.com, Hailey shared the post to send a message about how she feels in the midst of the controversy.

She sees herself as the protector of her husband especially as rumors swirl around his past relationship with Sean Combs.

A source close to the couple told DailyMail.com that Hailey’s recent Instagram post was her way of expressing how she feels about the ongoing situation, rather than how Justin himself might feel.

Interestingly, the model’s choice of photo—a 2017 shot taken before Justin briefly reunited with his ex Selena Gomez—has raised eyebrows.

“Out of hundreds of photos of Justin giving the middle finger, she chose one from that specific time.”

However, the source hinted that she might be overstepping. “Hailey needs to let Justin act for himself instead of using an image to convey what she feels he should be saying,” they said.

“But the truth is, Justin really has no voice right now, and it’s sad.”

Tilda Swinton on starring with Julianne Moore in ‘The Room Next Door’

Tilda Swinton long awaited to work with Julianne Moore, before starring in their upcoming drama-comedy The Room Next Door.

During the New York Film Festival premiere of The Room Next Door on Friday, Oct. 4, Tilda, 63, shared her long-standing wish to work with her now co-star Julianne Moore, also 63.

The actress reminisced during a post-screening discussion, explaining that writer-director Pedro Almodóvar had emailed her the script for the film, which centers on two close friends as one faces the final stages of her life.

When he asked Swinton who she wanted to work alongside, she knew exactly who to suggest.

“There was one face, one name,” Swinton said, talking about Moore.

“I was trepidatious because I thought, ‘What if he has another name or a list of names?’ And I had the nerve to type out a name, press send. And his email crossed with mine and ding…”

Almodóvar, who also attended the premiere with Moore alongside John Turturro, chimed in and said about the past interaction, “It was the best idea.”

Swinton again continued, “It was unimaginable. It could not have been anybody else.”

She seemed to find similar grounds with the characters’ story in the movie, relating it to her own relationship with Moore, saying that the movie revolves around a “beautiful” tale of “friends from a long time ago who haven’t seen each other for a couple of decades who are exactly the same age.”

The actress said, “Julianne and I are pretty much the same age but we’ve only met a couple of times, very much in passing in the corridors of film festivals.” She suggested that, during those interactions, she had “a good hunch that we would likely want to be around each other.”

“I had a slight fantasy of working together once, but how could we imagine this?” she added. “We came together, not as old friends [but] we made up for lost time, I would say. Pedro [Almodóvar] said we never stop talking, it’s true.”

Sydney Sweeney and Amanda Seyfried to star in Lionsgate’s ‘The Housemaid’

Sydney Sweeney and Amanda Seyfried are all set to join hands on the big screen for a psychological thriller.

The fellow actresses are set to lead in The Housemaid, a film adaptation of Freida McFadden’s best-selling novel of the same name.

Directed by Paul Feig, who is known for his work on Bridesmaids and A Simple Favor, the psychological thriller will be brought to life under Lionsgate’s banner.

Sweeney will take on the role of Millie, a young woman eager for a new beginning when she lands a job as a housemaid for a wealthy couple, Nina (Seyfried) and Andrew. However, as the official synopsis hints, “Millie soon learns the family’s secrets are far more dangerous than her own.”

“I’m thrilled to have The Housemaid join our upcoming slate,” Adam Fogelson, Lionsgate Motion Picture Group chairman, said in a statement, as per Deadline.

“A great filmmaker and a great cast with a great script from a great book is a terrific place to start. My prior work experiences with Paul and Amanda have been nothing short of spectacular, and Sydney is as talented and compelling as can be.”

Erin Westerman, the Lionsgate Motion Picture Group co-president, also shared his thoughts.

“Part of the fun of the book was imagining the cast while we read it, and Sydney Sweeney and Amanda Seyfried are perfect for Millie and Nina — they’re both mysterious, nuanced, and incredibly skilled at becoming characters who don’t reveal everything right away,” he said.

Jenna Fischer on cancer battle and ‘The Office’ star Angela Kinsey’s cancer support

Jenna Fischer, The Office star, recently revealed battling cancer, and gushed about how Angela Kinsey was the one always by her side.

“For a long time, she was the only person in my workspace who knew,” Fischer wrote about her co-star, with whom she also hosts the Office Ladies podcast, in an Instagram post in which she announced her breast cancer battle.

“When I lost my hair, she wore hats to our work meetings so I wouldn’t be the only one,” the actress added about Kinsey, who she said “protected me and advocated” for her during the tough times.

“When I needed a break, we took one. I am so lucky to have a career with this kind of flexibility. Cancer treatment requires a lot of flexibility. For a gal who likes to plan, that was a hard adjustment. But, continuing to work has brought so much joy to my life during treatment.”

“Triple positive breast cancer is an aggressive form of breast cancer but it is also highly responsive to treatment,” Fischer wrote in the caption of the same post.

“In January, I had a lumpectomy to remove the tumor. Luckily my cancer was caught early and it hadn’t spread into my lymph nodes or throughout the rest of my body, however because of the aggressive nature of triple positive breast cancer it still required chemotherapy and radiation to be sure it didn’t return,” she recalled.

“In February I began 12 rounds of weekly chemotherapy, and in June I started three weeks of radiation. And while I continue to be treated with infusions of Herceptin and a daily dose of Tamoxifen, I’m happy to say I’m feeling great.”

The ABC sitcom star shared that she was diagnosed with triple positive breast cancer last December but is now celebrating being cancer-free after undergoing surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation.
