Will Prince George follow in Prince William’s ‘terrifying’ footsteps?

Princess Kate’s fearing Prince George will embrace hobby she dislikes.

The Princess of Wales has openly expressed her fears about one of Prince William’s hobbies, revealing her strong desire for their eldest son, Prince George, to stay away from it.

Kate Middleton has never hidden her disdain for motorbikes, a passion of her husband’s that she finds particularly nerve-wracking.

In 2015, when asked about William’s motorcycle riding, she admitted, “He’s still riding it.

It always fills me with horror when he goes out on it. I’m terrified. Hopefully, I’m going to keep George off it.”

Prince William, who passed his motorcycle test at the age of 20 in 2002, is known for his impressive collection of bikes, including a Honda Super Blackbird and a Ducati 1198s.

As the second in line to the throne grows older, it remains to be seen whether he will take after his adventurous father or heed his mother’s concerns.

King Charles shares his daughter-in-law’s concerns about Prince William’s passion for motorbikes.

Reflecting on his love for riding, William acknowledged the inherent risks involved, stating in 2003, “Riding a motorbike can be dangerous, but so can lots of things really.

Admittedly, there are more risks involved in riding a motorbike than with other activities… you just have to be aware of what you’re doing.”

The Prince of Wales also noted that while his father worries about his hobby, Charles doesn’t want to overly shield him from life’s adventures.

“My father is concerned about the fact that I’m into motorbikes,” he explained, “but he doesn’t want to keep me all wrapped up in cotton wool.”

Christina Ricci shares her thoughts on becoming a ‘spooky legend’

Christina Ricci has recently reflected on her complex portrayals as a young actress in spooky movies over the years.

In a new interview with PEOPLE, the Sleepy Hollow actress shared her thoughts on becoming a “spooky legend”.

“That’s very kind of you. I don’t feel like a pioneer… certainly,” said the 44-year-old.

Christina told the outlet, “I was lucky as a young person at that time [with] where our culture was to play really interesting roles, interesting young girls and then interesting women.”

The actress also appeared in Casper as her fans loved her portraying the role of Kat Harvey, befriending the ghost in the movie

Christina explained, “I just feel like I kind of lucked out. I wasn’t really capable of playing the other type of woman that was available or other type of little girl that they were writing for.”

“So, I just feel like I was lucky that there were opportunities and parts and roles,” she added.

Meanwhile, Christina had a reunion with her Addams Family co-stars at Los Angeles Comic Con, sharing memories alongside Anjelica Huston and Christopher Llloyd, among others.

Sarah Ferguson reflects on cancer journey as she gives powerful message

The Duchess has long been a passionate supporter of her charities and organisations

Sarah, Duchess of York, has remained a beacon of resilience, enduring over 35 years of intense media scrutiny.

Despite relentless challenges and criticism, her commitment to kindness and helping others remains unwavering.

This dedication was on full display during her recent visit to Manchester, where she became a patron of Prevent Breast Cancer, followed by a stroll down the iconic Coronation Street set.

The Duchess was inspired to join the charity by Coronation Street star Sally Dynevor (Sally Metcalfe) during a backstage conversation at ITV’s Loose Women.

Moved by Sally’s heartfelt request for help in securing the future of the National Breast Imaging Academy, Sarah’s response was immediate: “I had to help!”

“I told Sally, ‘I’m coming to Manchester’. We’ll get to work and help you raise the last £600,000. Every little bit helps and that’s why everyone doing all this work here is so important. Fifty seven thousand people are diagnosed with breast cancer every year and I am very proud, and excited, to be part of the National Breast Imaging Academy.”

Her visit, aligning with Breast Cancer Awareness Month, included a tour of the centre alongside Sally and Sue Cleaver (Eileen Grimshaw), another star from the soap.

Cancer has cruelly touched the Royal Family this year, with both the King and the Princess of Wales being diagnosed and treated for their illnesses.

Since the King became the Patron of Cancer Research UK in April, and with the Princess sharing her personal experiences, Sarah is convinced that Queen Elizabeth II would have been incredibly proud of them.

Reflecting on the Queen’s legacy, the Duchess remarked: “She really was the most iconic and legendary woman,” adding, “Her Late Majesty was a great believer in kindness and was a leader of understanding and a leader of goodness.

I think having His Majesty and the Princess of Wales out there as ambassadors is so important and I am just so incredibly pleased that her value system, her integrity and what she stood for in this country are being upheld.”

The Duchess has had her fair share of health scares, battling breast and skin cancer alongside the pain of knowing her father – Major Ronald Ferguson – also contended with two cancer diagnoses in his lifetime.

Her charitable efforts, particularly as patron of the Teenage Cancer Trust since 1990, have been inspired by these battles.

Nonetheless, Sarah insists that facing cancer was not the toughest obstacle she’s had to face. Keen on being candid about her struggles, she said, “I think the whole journey of my life has been very interesting.

“My mum chose to live in Argentina when I was 11 years old and that must have been very difficult for the little girl to be left. So I think that was a really huge trauma, and from then on, it’s been one of getting to know who Sarah was and trying to get her out.”

The Duchess has long been a passionate supporter of her charities and organisations, but it seems she’s now shifting focus to embrace her true self.

On her Tea Talks podcast with Sarah Thomson, she opened up about how her battle with illness has led her to start “fighting for Sarah” and putting herself first.

“My mindset going forward is to not be self-full but to be self-love,” she declared. “If you don’t keep your boundaries for yourself, who is going to do it for you? If you don’t keep your authentic truth, who is going to do it for you? We need to have more self-love and have the boundaries to take a moment to ourselves.”

The day also arrived just before her significant 65th birthday on 15 October, an occasion that holds a special resonance this time. “This birthday is something that I’m really going to enjoy,” Sarah revealed.

“I haven’t planned anything but I’m really going to enjoy it. It’s not because I’m so lucky to have made it. It’s because 65 years on this planet is quite something.”

“I’m still here. I beat my mum. Mum died at 62. I miss Diana [the late Princess of Wales], she’s not here, my best friend, Carolyn, she’s not here. And so I’m here and I want to do something, but I don’t know what to do yet… all I know is I don’t want it planned. It is a milestone but I don’t look at it like I look at it.

“My achievement is to be even more humble than I was yesterday, to be a better person than I was yesterday and to be kinder and to show more joy.”

Mike Tindall takes over as ‘Fun Uncle’ for Prince George since Harry’s departure

Zara is allegedly trying to mediate the feud between the fighting family members

Zara Tindall’s husband has taken on the role of the ‘fun uncle’ since Prince Harry left the Royal Family.

Mike Tindall has stepped up to support Prince George following Prince Harry’s departure from royal duties.

The Duke of Sussex was known for his playful personality and mischievous nature, earning him the title of “fun uncle.” However, since he stepped back from royal life in 2020 and moved to the United States, another figure has embraced that role.

Mike has become the new go-to for royal fun, establishing a particularly heartwarming relationship with Prince George.

Body language expert Judi James explored the sweet dynamic. Speaking to Fabulous magazine, she said: “George’s original ‘fun uncle’ and adult playmate did that infamous bolt to the US, leaving a huge Harry-shaped gap in the young boy’s life that Mike has more than filled.”

She added: “Mike is the fun uncle everyone needs, but in the case of Prince George, whose destiny is all about duty and responsible behaviour, Mike’s presence in his life is completely invaluable.”

James added that Mike will be an “invaluable” presence for the young prince when he grows up.

She continued: “He will joke with the royals but he won’t be critical or indiscreet.”

In contrast, Prince Harry has been extremely critical about his time in the Firm.

Since his move to Montecito, things have turned frosty between Harry and his relatives, thanks in part to a series of bombshell claims that Harry made in his memoir Spare, which was released in January 2023.

Zara is allegedly trying to mediate the feud between the fighting family members, according to a source in Women’s Day.

The source stated: “Zara figures there couldn’t be a better time for her to try and broker peace. Zara feels she’s the only one who can get through to both of them.”

Harry wrote that his brother was critical of his wife, with whom he relocated to the United States in 2020, and that William allegedly called her “difficult”, “rude” and “abrasive”.

The Duke of Sussex also discussed various points of contention between his wife and Kate. One specific disagreement revolved around Princess Charlotte’s bridesmaid dress, which left Meghan reportedly “sobbing on the floor”.

In one chapter, Harry referred to Queen Camilla as his “wicked stepmother”, and later Harry called her the “other woman” in the book, saying meeting her was like an “injection”.

A friend of Camilla later revealed that she was left “hurt” by the remarks, and Charles reportedly asked Harry to stop “leaking” personal details about the private life of the family.

Aside from Harry’s scathing memoir, the couple’s Netflix series released in 2022, and their landmark interview with Oprah in 2021, had previously added fuel to the fire.
