Sabrina Carpenter breaks silence on casting Barry Keoghan in music video

Sabrina Carpenter has recently revealed the reason for casting her boyfriend and actor Barry Keoghan in one of her music videos.

According to the CBS News, the songstress opened up about the presence of The Batman actor in the Please Please Please song video.

The renowned singer shared that she picked Barry because he is a versatile actor. Sabrina added, “I, genuinely — like, a not-even-biased opinion — I was like, who’s the greatest actor that I can find for this music video.”

“And he was next to me in a chair. And he was so excited about it,” the Espresso hitmaker remarked.

Moreover, the 25-year-old musician added that her special one appreciates her music and songs.

“He likes the song, which is great, He does like my music a lot, yeah,” the renowned songstress added.

For the unversed, Sabrina dropped her famous song Please Please Please on June 6 this year.

It is important to mention that Sabrina and Barry initially ignited romance speculations in 2023 when their dinner date pictures went viral.

Reportedly, the couple got back together in December, for dinner in Los Angeles, two months after bumping into each other at Paris Fashion Week.

Demi Moore is looking on with pride as her and her ex-husband Bruce Willis’ daughter, Scout Willis, continues to pursue her musical journey.

On Saturday, the Ghost star took to Instagram to show her support for Scout’s latest single, Take Me, released Thursday, October 3.

Sharing the song’s artwork, Moore, 61, wrote a heartfelt caption praising her daughter’s work: “‘TAKE ME’ by @scoutlaruewillis. Beautiful song. Beautiful YOU. So proud of you my love!”

The sweet exchange continued when Scout, 33, replied to her mother’s post with a touching comment: “Thank you mama.”

Take Me marks Scout’s second release of the year under her full name, Scout LaRue Willis, following her earlier track Over and Over. Last year, Scout dropped her self-titled debut album in June 2022.

Ahead of the album’s release, she opened up about her musical journey in an interview with People magazine, revealing she once felt she “shouldn’t and couldn’t pursue music full-time” due to fears about baring her soul to and sharing her art with the world.

However, she has since embraced her growth, reflecting on the experiences that led to her music. “I’ve never been more in love with myself and my life than I am right now,” she shared.

British singer and song writer Jay Sean has confirmed that he will be returning to India for the Nykaaland 2.0 which is set to take place on October 25-27.

The international sensation will be giving an electrifying performance on stage for his hard-core fans.

He will be taking his fans back to the 2000s era as he will be singing some of his hit tracks namely: Do You Remember, Ride It, Stay and many more.

While expressing his excitement on his upcoming gig, Sean stated: “I’m absolutely stoked to be back in India – honestly, every time I come here, it feels like a homecoming!”

He further added: “Performing at Nykaaland is going to be something special, and I know it’s one of the biggest pop culture events around.”

“Mumbai, you always bring that next-level energy, and I’m ready to match it! From the moment I step on stage, we’re going to turn it all the way up. Can’t wait to vibe with everyone and trust me, this is gonna be one night you won’t forget!”, said the Down singer.

Besides Jay Sean, music duo OAFF and Savera, which is famous for their song Doobey from film Gehraiyaan, have also joined the artist line-up of the Nykaaland 2.0.

Nykaaland 2.0, India’s largest beauty festival, is set to take place in India from October 25 to October 27, reports News 18.

Perrie Edwards makes a surprising admission about balancing her solo career and motherhood while navigating a long-distance relationship.

The former member of Little Mix, who sported a zip-up off-white knit top and matching cargo skirt during the interview, revealed her current life status to BBC show presenters Sally Nugent and Jon Kay.

The 31-year-old opened up about feeling ‘mum guilt’ as she balanced her solo career and motherhood. The Black Magic singer explained, “I’m in a circus right now juggling so much.

“Being a mum and not getting the mum guilt while also wanting a solo career and also doing promo and visiting my partner in Turkey.

“It’s a lot and I can’t even sugar coat it. It is hard.”

She further mentioned that it was very hard for her to leave her son, Axel, behind, as Perrie prefers to take him with her wherever she goes.

The singer told the hosts, “Axel loves being involved, he loves travelling which his great for me.

“I’ve never left Axel yet, come somewhere and left him.

“This is the first time, and I was ill – but I’m pathetic though.

“I found it really hard leaving him, it was really intense but now I’ve done it its okay, He’s okay. I’m okay.”

Perrie and Alex first met on a celebrity dating app titled Raya in November 2014, and welcomed their son Axel seven years later in 2021.

Meghan Markle has seemingly outshined Princess Kate with her “truly inspiring” gesture.

For the unversed, the Duchess of Sussex attended the LA Children’s Hospital Gala on Saturday to support a special cause.

While speaking at the event, Meghan lauded the remarkable efforts made by the management and hospital staff in order to provide health care to underprivileged kids.

Now, the Duchess’ close pal Kelly McKee Zajfen took to her Instagram handle and penned a heartfelt message for the mother-of-three for her “commitment” to supporting the Children’s Hospital LA.

Alongside a delightful photo of her with Meghan, she wrote, “Oh what a night!! My deepest gratitude to Children’s Hospital Los Angeles for the extraordinary care they give to our daughter Lily.”

Kelly added, “Our journey began when she was just two and a half, and from that day forward, we’ve experienced nothing but kindness, hope, care, and unmatched expertise. Our team at Children’s has given us strength and hope during the most challenging moments and their commitment to Lily’s care has made all the difference to our family.”

While paying a sweet tribute to Meghan, the philanthropist said that she is “beyond grateful” to share in this beautiful evening with one of her closest friends. 

She further said, “Meg, your commitment to supporting Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and community is truly inspiring. I’m so grateful to have you by my side.”

It is important to note that Meghan’s decision to come forward for a humanitarian cause came after Princess Kate met a teenage cancer patient at Winsdor.
