Maggie Baird defended her children Billie and Finneas against nepotism allegations in a recent interview.

Maggie, who appeared in an episode of the sitcom Friends, shares two children with the actor Patrick O’Connell. However, the mom of two denied that having parents in the entertainment industry is the reason for her children’s fame.

The X-Files actress shared that recently when a clip of her, on a season six episode of Friends circulated all over the internet, critics were quick to pass judgements.

“That came out, and it was like, ‘Oh, Billie is a nepo baby,'” Maggie told Glamour Magazine in the interview published on Thursday, October 3rd. “And I’m like, ‘Did you know that I got that episode of Friends because I was about to lose my health insurance?'”

The actress went on to say that Maggie and her husband, who starred in Iron Man, were both “working-class actors.”

“We eked out a meagre living, and it afforded us a lot of time with our kids, which was awesome,” she added.

The Birds of Prey star detailed that Billie and Finneas have become more famous than she and Patrick ever were.

Adding that there are a lot of creatives who work hard but never get the recognition they deserve, she said, “People don’t really understand there’s a whole industry of people who are creative and they’re working and they’re struggling, and they make perfectly happy lives, and they feel creative, and they feel fulfilled.”

The 65-year-old actress reflected that she feels happy seeing her children, despite their record-breaking success, have managed to stay close to their family.

“You step onstage in front of 100,000 people, and that’s an hour and a half,” she told the outlet, “and then the rest of the time you’re at the dinner table and your brother is giving you s–t. The family part is the part that keeps it sane.”

Billie is currently working on producing her own music, while Finneas is gearing up for the release of his solo album For Cryin’ Out Loud! which is set to release, today, on October 4th.

The Princess of Wales is reportedly planning to hold peace talks between his husband Prince William and the estranged member of the Firm Prince Harry.

Travis Kelce’s mom, who shows up to all her son’s games, showed a glimpse of her private life in a recent interview.

The 71-year-old mom of not one, but two, famous football stars, Travis and Jason Kelce, discussed how fame affects their lives, in conversation for Glamour’s 2024 Women of the Year: The Moms issue, on Thursday, October 3rd.

When asked if she misses doing anything with her boys, Mama Kelce, responded, “We can’t go anywhere, really.”

She added, “If we want to do something, you have to rent out the restaurant or the movie theatre or whatever,” she explained. “I do get to sneak away every once in a while, and we go to places that nobody knows where they are.”

The mother of two clarified that while “I’m grateful people know who I am and most of them are very, very respectful,” she finds pictures without consent disturbing. “It’s just when somebody tries to take a picture of you in the bathroom, ‘I’m like, whoa.’ “

In a previous interview, the retired banking executive talked about living under the spotlight, with People Magazine.

“Everybody knows everything about our family. What they’re doing and who they’re dating and this and that,” she said, referring to Travis’ relationship with the mega popstar Taylor Swift.

However, Donna reflected, that she is “having the time of my life now, more than ever.”

Mama Kelce shared that she still feels overwhelmed with fame. She said, “Sometimes I feel I’m on some kind of a different planet. I’m like, ‘What has my life become?’ ”

This comes after Donna recently made an appearance on the red carpet of the premiere of Grotesquerie, which marks Travis’ acting debut.

She is also set to appear on TV herself, in two upcoming Hallmark movies: Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story and Christmas on Call.

Charli XCX, who recently performed a sold-out show at Maddison Square Garden with Troye Sivan, and 1975’s drummer George Daniel plan on tying the knot but not yet.

The Brat singer was notably seen wearing two rings stacked on her finger and was asked the reason in a new interview.

The 32-year-old popstar told interviewer Howard Stern on Wednesday, October 2, that none of them is a wedding band.

Although the 360 singer got engaged to the drummer last year, they are not in a hurry to marry.

Stern joked that he was convinced Charli and Daniel would’ve gotten married secretly, however, Charli quickly clarified that this was not the case.

“I didn’t get [my engagement ring] resized, so I have to put a ring on top of it so it doesn’t fall off,” she said.

The Sweat Tour popstar then elaborated on the couple’s wedding plans.

She informed, “We’re kinda, like, planning it slowly, we’re both very chill, and we want to just have a party, is our vibe. Neither of us are particularly formal about marriage, I guess, or care about the formalities of the ceremony or whatever. We just want to be together forever and have a party with our friends.”

The pair got together in 2021 on their collaborative song Spinning.

Charli then publicly announced the relationship on social media by sharing her vacation photos featuring her boyfriend, in May 2022, after Daniel supported her performance on Saturday Night Live, in March that year.
