Prince Harry’s secret visit in New York hints at bold move

Prince Harry’s unofficial visit in New York hints at bold move

Prince Harry secretly may have done something particularly frowned upon by the royal family.

The Duke of Sussex, who had been in New York to attend multiple high-profile events to promote his charities, may have gotten some ink.

Harry was seen leaving a New York City tattoo parlour, East Side Ink, on Wednesday, in a video captured by a fan. Wearing dark jeans and a tan jacket, it’s hard to tell if King Charles’ youngest son actually got art on done or not.

According to People Magazine, Prince Harry was in the parlour for around an hour before heading out.

Harry’s visit seemed unusual as members of the royal family are not particularly known to get tattoos. However, the royal family’s stance on body art is a little murky as there are members who have sported tattoos in the past, but it has been considered a sign of rebellion and defiance.

However, it’s possible that the royals are becoming more accepting of body ink as the monarchy undergoes many new changes.

Meanwhile, Princess Eugenie is one of the only royals with visible tattoos and it is also a dainty one. During the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations in 2022, a small black circle was seen inked behind her left ear. Although it is unknown when she actually got the tattoo.

Lady Gaga opens up about upcoming album in rare update

Lady Gaga is opening up about her upcoming pop album, LG7, which draws inspiration from a pivotal time in her life that left her feeling ‘unhinged’.

During an exclusive interview with Rolling Stone, Gaga, who just dropped Joker 2’s Harlequin, admitted that her upcoming album is “nothing like Chromatica” and will represent a “time in her life.”

She told the outlet, “The pop album is nothing like Chromatica. It’s a completely different record. I don’t know that I’m even ready to talk about it yet, but it’s coming out soon, and I will. What I would say is, it’s all for me. It’s meant to be ingested as a time in my life.

“And I’m also really excited about this idea that I don’t have to adhere to an era if I don’t want to. I can have a few going at once. That feels unhinged and more like me or Harley. Or whoever.”

In addition, the songstress revealed that the album is heavily inspired by her character and it does not adhere to any one genre.

Referring to the latter as a ‘typical’ Lady Gaga record, the House of Gucci star shared that it is destined to blur the lines of pop music, setting a record on its own.

Netflix faces legal trouble over ‘true story’ label in ‘Baby Reindeer’

Netflix is facing legal challenges over Baby Reindeer, which has been ruled out for not living up to its label as a “True Story.”

On Friday, September 27, The Hollywood Reporter revealed that U.S. District Judge R. Gary Klausner has allowed a key defamation claim to proceed in a lawsuit against Netflix regarding its portrayal of a woman as a stalker in Richard Gadd’s series.

While this claim will be further examined, other allegations in the lawsuit have been dismissed by the court.

Fiona Harvey, who claims to be the inspiration for the character Martha, played by Emmy-winning actress Jessica Gunning, has filed a $170 million lawsuit against Netflix in June.

She alleges that the series falsely implies she sexually assaulted Gadd, gouged his eyes, and was imprisoned for stalking him.

In July, Netflix filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit. In his defense, Gadd stated that Harvey stalked him for years while he worked at a London pub, where she allegedly pinched his buttocks and sent him thousands of disturbing emails and voicemails.

The Emmy winning writer reported her to the police and received a “harassment warning,” although she was never criminally prosecuted or jailed, contrary to the show’s depiction of her as a twice-convicted stalker sentenced to five years in prison for sexual assault.

“There is a major difference between stalking and being convicted of stalking in a court of law,” the judge wrote, according to Variety. “Likewise, there are significant differences between inappropriate touching and sexual assault, as well as between shoving and gouging another’s eyes.”

The court added that while Harvey’s alleged actions are reprehensible, the defendants’ statements carry a greater weight and could have a different impact on viewers.

The lawsuit also claims that Netflix “did literally nothing” to verify the statements in the series, which is presented as a true story regarding Harvey.

Reese Witherspoon reveals major detail about her role in Legally Blonde

Reese Witherspoon is making a surprising revelation about her most defining role as Elle Woods in the classic Legally Blonde.

During an exclusive interview with The Hollywood Reporter back in 2019, Reese shared that she almost got turned down for the part for being ‘repellent.’

The actress, who portrayed the ambitious, ruthless student Tracy Flick in the 1999’s Election, reflected on her experience as she failed to impress certain executives on the set of Legally Blonde.

She told the outlet, “They thought I was a shrew.”

Recounting an instance from the past, the Big Little Lies star claimed that the producer thought she literally played herself in the Alexander Payne directorial, “My manager finally called and said, ’You’ve got to go meet with the studio head because he will not approve you [for Legally Blonde].”

Reese further went on to add, “And then I was told to dress sexy.”

Sharing her stance on dressing up a certain way, Reese, who played Rachel Green’s sister in Friends, said, “You’re 23, you have a baby at home, you need the money and you’re being told that by people who know what they’re doing”.

In addition, she acknowledged that the audition process for the 2001 film was rigorous and revealed that she had to meet with producers in character.
