Glen Powell on his love life

Glen Powell revealed that there are certain reasons he is not looking for a relationship right now, but isn’t either completely opposed to the idea of love.

“This is a time where life is moving so fast that I don’t even know if I can bring someone into it in a healthy way even if I tried,” the Hit Man star told host Gayle King for CBS Mornings on Friday, June 7.

“I’ve realized there’s new aspects and new complexities to this life and this job that I didn’t even understand.”

He added, “I’m not willing to have someone sign up for that if they’re not ready for it.”

But this doesn’t mean he will reject any love coming his way.

“I’m not chasing love. If love comes and hits me in the face and knocks me over, I welcome it with open arms,” he said. ”I really want kids. I really want that phase of life. It’s not far away [but] at the same time it’s going to take a very specific type of person to navigate all this.”

“I’ve had the benefit of watching other guys in my position have the same moment,” he explained, comparing the love lives of those in stardom.

“Sometimes it lasts, sometimes it doesn’t. There’s no certainty in this town.”

Prince Harry unable to ‘charm his way back’ into royal fold

Prince Harry unable to ‘charm his way back’ into royal fold

Prince Harry is seemingly mirroring his old life again as he takes on his charity work with the same confidence which he held as a working royal.

The Duke of Sussex left his senior royal position back in 2020 with his wife Meghan Markle to carve out a more independent role.

While there have been speculations over Harry’s possible return to royal duties as cracks seem to appear in the years-long royal feud, a royal expert believes that The Duke’s return is not possible despite his successes.

“He wanted to be half in and half out of the Royal Family,” Royal expert Phil Dampier told The Sun.

Prince Harry attended the WellChild Awards in the UK and the next day, he headed to Lesotho to promote his charity Sentebale, earning praises for his work.

Dampier suggested that Harry wanted to “have his cake and eat it too” as he began reconnecting with some of pals in UK.

The expert shared that he wanted to keep his “attachments to the military, where he was attached to certain units and certain patronages and certain charities as a royal” while also be able to return to the US to commercialise things.

However, the late Queen Elizabeth made it “perfectly clear” that it was not possible. And despite Harry’s charismatic appearances, the royal won’t be able to woo his way back into the royal fold.

“He can’t start doing jobs that would see him sort of slowly coming back into the Royal Family,” Dampier explained. “You can’t have members of the Royal Family exploiting it for cash, basically.”

“I think we’re just going to see him occasionally come back for these one-off events with charities that he’s very deeply involved with, and that’s it.”

Jax Taylor makes shocking claims about marriage to Brittany Cartwright.

Jax Taylor has shocked everyone with new legal claims about his marriage to Brittany Cartwright.

In his response to his ex’s divorce filing, obtained by E! News on October 2, the Vanderpump Rules alum checked a box acknowledging his marriage to Brittany, with whom he shares a 3-year-old son, Cruz.

However, he also marked a separate box stating, “Respondent contends that the parties never legally married or registered in a domestic partnership.”

In the “Statistical Facts” section of his filing, Jax noted in pen that the couple got married on June 29, 2019, and listed their separation date as September 26, 2024, the same day he submitted his response.

However, there appeared to be an error when the document asked for the “time from date of marriage to date of separation.” Instead of the correct time frame of five years and two months, Jax mistakenly wrote down four years and six months.

Brittany had stated the same period in her divorce documents, entering Jan. 24, 2024 as the date of the split.

One interesting point in their divorce filings is that Brittany requested the court to terminate both her and Jax’s right to spousal support. On the other hand, Jax selected the option for “future determination” of spousal support to Brittany in his filing.
