Matthew McConaughey, Camila Alves celebrate 12th Wedding Anniversary

Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves celebrated their 12th Wedding Anniversary on Sunday with a sweet social media post.

“thank you #happyanniversary,” the couple captioned a joint Instagram post.

The couple posted a heartwarming picture of McConaughey holding Alves’ face, leaning in to kiss her on the forehead.

McConaughey, 54, and Alves, 41, met each other in 2006 in a nightclub. The couple got engaged on Christmas Day 2011. The pair tied the knot during a three-day celebration in Austin Texas the following year.

Together, McConaughey and Alves have three kids, Levi, 15, Vida, 14, and Livingston, 11.

Alves told Entertainment Tonight in 2022 that she and McConaughey doesn’t find it easy to remember their wedding date, and recalled when they both got it wrong.

“Matt and I are not good with dates with our marriage,” Alves admitted at the time. “We go back and forth all the time.”

“I had my tequila already and I was just feeling very feisty and I was going back to Matt like, ‘No, you got the date wrong.’ And he goes, ‘No, you got the date wrong,'” Alves reminisced.

“We’re going back and forth and my friend wanted a beer, so I’m looking for a beer and I had one of the koozies. I opened the drawer to grab a koozie and right there — I started cracking up so bad — it was a koozie from our wedding, and both Matthew and I were wrong.”

Jodie Turner-Smith opens up about co-parenting with ex-husband Joshua Jackson

Jodie Turner-Smith has recently reflected on co-parenting with former husband Joshua Jackson.

In a new interview with Glamour’s Woman of the Year cover story, the Dawson’s Creek alum said, “It’s an adjustment period for anyone when they split up with someone because you’re used to being with your child all the time.”

“But nobody hands you a manual. Everyone’s trying to figure it out,” remarked the 45-year-old.

Jodie, who co-parented her four-year-old daughter with Joshua, stated, “Each parent has a different life, and especially if the reason why you’re splitting up is because you have different lives, it’s only further complicated by how you’re going to coparent.”

At the time of Joshua and Jodie’s split, a source told PEOPLE, “She decided that she is done.”

“They are on very different paths in life,” mentioned an insider.

The source pointed out, “Jodie loves being a mom. She also loves working.”

The source also noted, “It turned into an unhealthy marriage that made her unhappy. They will co-parent their daughter.”

“They want her to continue to thrive,” she told the outlet.

During an appearance on Today with Hoda & Jenna in June, the actress shared her views on being a single mother.

“It’s my favourite thing about myself is that I’m that girl’s mother. I’m just so grateful that she chose me to be her mom; that I got to have that gift in life,” explained Jodie.

She mentioned, “It is my favourite thing. I mean, I just, it is an honour.”

“I feel like it was our birthright to mother — whether we bring our children or not, I think it’s is a woman’s birthright. We hold space for those around us. It has shifted everything about me,” stated the actress.

Jodie added, “It has only enriched me. It has shown me, No. 1, how powerful I am. Like, whoa! It’s like, Supreme Being — wow!”

Henry Winkler on late Robin Williams stardom

Henry Winkler was sure of Robin Williams’ successful future the moment he saw him auditioning for Happy Days.

During the October 1 episode of the Fake Doctors, Real Friends with Zach and Donald* podcast, the 78-year-old actor shared his experience of sitting in on auditions for the role of Mork, a Martian visiting Earth, after the original actor left the show.

“When Robin came to audition, now it’s Wednesday. We start Monday morning at 10 o’clock on the soundstage. That is at, 9 o’clock, we read. 10 o’clock, we’re on the soundstage,” Winkler started reminiscing. “Nobody wanted to play this alien from outer space.”

“Finally, a young, very shy, very quiet man comes with the casting director,” he continued, gushing about Williams’ ability to change between different personalities in a moment.

“And then this human being picked up the script. When he opened his mouth, it was like a volcano went off on stage 19 at Paramount.”

“And I knew, get out of his way, know my lines, and don’t try to stand toe to toe with this genius that is now standing in front of me,” he added.

Williams first appeared as Mork, the alien from Ork, in season 5, episode 22 of Happy Days.

The episode, titled My Favorite Orkan, follows Richie (played by Ron Howard) as he struggles to convince everyone that he saw a UFO and met an alien named Mork, who wants to take him back to Ork as a specimen of the average human.

Chloe Bailey voices support for Kamala Harris in 2024 election.

Chloe Bailey has officially thrown her support behind Kamala Harris for president, emphasizing the importance of representation in politics.

The singer who recently snagged the prestigious Musician of the Year award at Glamour’s Women Of The Year Awards in London, reflected on her personal journey and the significance of being able to vote.

In an interview with Glamour UK, she highlighted, “There was a time when people who looked like me didn’t have the opportunity to vote.

She stressed the importance of participation in the electoral process, adding, “For this generation, no matter which way they go, it is important to place our vote and let our voices be heard.”

Bailey recently opened up about the progress society has made toward equality, celebrating her ability to walk freely and express herself through her music.

“I can walk down the street and into any store as a Black woman; I can make a living saying the things I choose to say in my music,” she remarked.

However, she expressed concern over the potential rollback of hard-won rights, particularly regarding abortion, stating, “It’s sad to see rights which were fought for and won possibly being ripped away again.”
