Prince Harry borrows from his loss of Princess Diana to comfort orphaned kids

Prince Harry penned a moving letter to orphaned kids in the US in a latest philanthropic move.

In his personal letter for bereaved British forces children for Remembrance Sunday in 2022, the Duke of Sussex discussed the sense of loss in context of losing his mother Princess Diana.

“We share a bond…because we share in having lost a parent,” he started off, according to The Mirror. “I know first hand the pain and grief that comes with loss…you are not alone.”

He continued: “While difficult feelings will come up today as we pay tribute to heroes like your mum or dad, I hope you can find comfort and strength in knowing that their love for you lives and shines on.

“Whenever you need a reminder of this, I encourage you to lean into your friends at Scotty’s Little Soldiers,” added Harry, referring to charity dedicated to supporting children who lost their parents to war.

“One of the ways I’ve learnt to cope has been through community and talking about my grief and I couldn’t be more grateful and relieved that you have amazing people walking beside you throughout your journey,” the Spare author noted.

“We all know some days are harder than others but together those days are made easier,” he added.

Halle Berry embraces mom duties for her teenage daughter

Halle Berry has recently revealed she’s busy fulfilling her mom duties while promoting her new movie, Never Let Go.

The X-Men actress shared that her 16-year-old daughter, Nahla, “just got her heart broken”.

“We’ve all been there,” said Halle per Today.

The Kidnap actress mentioned, “We know that in six months’ time, she’s going to forget about it.”

“But in this moment, it’s the single most important thing to be rejected and have a breakup, and she feels like she’s dying, and so a little part of me is dying, too,” explained Halle.

The mom-of-two opened up that at the moment all she can do “is be there for her daughter”.

“I have to just say, I know. And you’re hurt,” remarked the Moonfall actress.

Halle further said, “I just have to sit in it with her, right? And that’s really hard to do.”

The Catwoman star disclosed that her daughter’s relationship was going well until Nahla met her boyfriend’s father.

“I saw it right away, the way he sized her up. And I think it’s because she has a nose ring. I can’t tell you why, but I could tell the dad was just kind of fixed on that. And I could see it,” pointed out the 58-year-old.

Halle noted, “I think his father was like, Not that one. I think she wasn’t the version of what he has in mind for his son.”

Reflecting on motherhood, Halle said, “I am pretty Mama Bear. But I don’t think I’m too Mama Bear.”

“My job is to just hold space for them and nurture them, feed them, take care of them, provide them different opportunities, but then they have to decide for themselves,” she added.

Megyn Kelly is waiting for high-profile stars to speak up after Sean Diddy Combs arrest

Megyn Kelly has recently slammed Justin Bieber, Usher and Ashton Kutcher for not speaking up after Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs arrest.

Speaking on her latest episode of The Megyn Kelly Show podcast, the journalist asked why Ashton, Usher and Justin reportedly failed to make a public statement over Sean’s alleged crimes.

The rapper was arrested in New York on September 16. He was later charged with three counts including racketeering conspiracy; sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion; and transportation to engage in prostitution.

“Justin Bieber… they’re not alleging his name in any of this, but Justin was very young when he came into Diddy’s circle,” recalled Megyn.

She further said, “There’s no question, he had a lot of exposure to this guy, and I think he should say something.”

Meanwhile, the journalist also looked into Justin whether he had been a “victim” of Sean.

Megyn explained, “It’s very hard to go out and say this has happened to you, but if he was a victim, God forbid, I encourage him to do it.”

“You need someone strong like that to break the dam,” she remarked.

Megyn further said, “If you actually had an Usher, a Bieber, or someone like an Ashton Kutcher — I don’t think he was an abuse victim, but he was good friends with Diddy for a long time — come out and say what they know, it would show leadership.”

“And it would give the others who are on this list permission and the security of not being the only one that has to worry about retribution,” she added.

Hilarie opened up that she and Sophia Bush were shocked when the news of the reboot was being “leaked in August”.

However, the actress explained that the “nicest thing is seeing the positive fan reaction to it and all of our friends from the show commenting on posts and just getting to show enthusiasm, because obviously we want Netflix to greenlight it”.

Meanwhile, the reboot news came almost seven years after Hilarie and Sophia were among the 18 former female cast and crew members who accused One Tree Hill creator Mark Schwahn of sexual harassment.
